Cooking : Shades of Biryani

with Kaushic Biswas

The word SHADES is related to the theme of "From the Shadow". And, the different colours of the Biryani will represent different people-groups living in harmony to demonstrate good taste. The aroma of the Biryani will represent the beautiful presence and sweet perfume of Jesus as a food presentation on the plate.
Born and bought up in India. After educating and training in culinary arts, I took food production as my career. Started working in the kitchen trade in India and then ended up working in Hong Kong. Gathered many years of experience working in restaurants and hotels. Finally ended up starting business as mission through cookery vocational training school, reaching out to under privileged and dysfunctional lifestyle people of the community. My passion, mission and vision are to use my culinary skills not only to teach cooking but to transform lives.
