Photography & Creative Writing (contemplative) with Caz Campbell Shadow and Light This workshop will take a creative-contemplative approach to exploring the interplay of shadow and light. There will be an invitation to silence and a 20-minute slow walk outside. Using photography and creative writing, participants will have an opportunity to notice and respond to imaginative dialogue between the symbols and shapes found within images received along their way. Compassionately noticing and welcoming our inner shadow parts mirrored in these symbols and shapes and bringing them into conversation with ourselves and a member of the Trinity, offers the opportunity for transformational healing and growth towards wholeness. Carolyn ‘Caz’ Campbell is a spiritual director, retreat curator and member-care partner of WEC Australia with a background in occupational therapy. A creative contemplative with a deep love of nature, she receives inspiration and insight for fruitful living through playful, embodied exploration. Living on her eco-farm in the beautiful Nambucca Valley of NSW, Australia, the rolling green pastures, mountain vistas, beaches and tall-gum forests offer abundant gifts for transformational co-creation.
